Viewing a Proof
Viewing and approving your proof is an important part of the printing process. One tiny error or omission can cost you time and money. That's why we will not produce any project without your written or emailed approval. ??When proofing your project in person, be sure to complete and sign the Proof Approval form. This gives us your approval of the artwork and permission to begin production. You can proof your project at our location, we can fax a proof to your office, or we can send you a digital proof through our website.
Many people ask, "Do I still need to approve a proof if I bring my work in on disk?". It may seem like a proof wouldn't be necessary in this case, but it really is. Different computers and output devices process digital information using a variety of computer languages and different version of even the most common fonts. Your approval of the proof assures our equipment has correctly interpreted and processed the information you have provided.
